  • FMCG/Consumer Durable/Auto /Auto Ancillary/FCMD/FMEG/ Retail/ LuggageKey Responsibilities:-Oversee creative development for Print campaigns, Product launches, POSM, and promotional collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

Collaborated with creative agencies and internal teams to develop impactful advertising assets for offline marketing campaigns. Work closely with the Product team to conceptualize and implement CTU, FSU, video content, pricelist, brochures, Research Initiatives and other offline marketing materials. Ensure proofreading and quality control of all offline marketing materials, including dealer panels, print advertisements, and catalogues.

Manage the marketing calendar, coordinating campaign rollouts and promotional activities to optimize reach and engagement. Track and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with media vendors, agencies, and print partners to ensure timely execution and quality output of marketing assets.

Drive regional localization efforts to ensure all the South regional marketing materials are relevant and effective across diverse markets. Oversee the execution of advertising schedules, ensuring optimal visibility and media placement effectiveness. Oversee creative development for print campaigns, POSM, and promotional collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will be expected to take on a larger organizational role.

These can include tasks such as:Identifying possible improvements in the processes you work on and suggesting ways of implementation for the needed changes. Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure that the quality standards are met. Inform the manager regarding possible quality issues; analyze the situation and recommend corrective actions.

Flag any updates received from stakeholders /agencies on the process to Head

Operations: Periodical Review Reports, Sales ROI Reports, PO Processing, Payment handling, Budget handling, etc. Lead the agency JSR & update the internal JSR Sheer for ReviewFrequent interaction between different stakeholders, particularly with the sales team for continuous improvement & Asset Sharing. Key Success Factors-Reduction of Lead Time

a) New Campaign Rollouts b) Innovation in Current Visibility Strategies. High visibility and engagement through BTL activations and offline marketing initiatives.

Enhance Brand Equity by executing high-impact BTL Visibility Campaigns that reinforce brand presence at key consumer touchpoints and drive brand recall. Effective execution of print campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging. Remarks-Looking for a stable candidate only.
