Human Resources Leadership Position">

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee HR and administrative functions for our Mumbai region.

  • Oversee and manage HRM and administrative functions for our Mumbai region.
  • Assist in implementing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, learning and development, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with stakeholders for recruitment and hiring.
  2. Work with team managers to support organization development activities.
  3. Interface with stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures.
  4. Identify training needs and organize induction programs.
  5. Maintain attendance and statutory records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution.
  • Experience in independently handling HR systems, especially recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on HR information systems.
