Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Associate, Culture and People.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for shaping and nurturing the company culture, engaging with employees, managing HR activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of the team.
Daily tasks include organizing team-building activities, implementing employee engagement programs, handling recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Qualifications Experience in Human Resources management, Employee Engagement, and RecruitmentSkills in organizing and conducting team-building activities and employee engagement programsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage HR operations and provide support for employee-related concernsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with HR software and management systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
