Job Title: Strategic People Manager

About the Role:

The Strategic People Manager will oversee and lead the organization's Human Resources function, acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Evaluate payroll accuracy and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, gratuity, welfare, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, and promotions, while handling employee grievances and policy adherence.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of HR and administrative budgets and cost-saving measures.
  • Review HR-related agreements and negotiate vendor contracts effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
