Senior Treasury Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Treasury Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US treasury processes, accounts receivable and payable functions, and cash management. They should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cash operations and treasury processes with accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile with bank accounts.

Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions as needed.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US accounting/treasury standards.

Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Identify process improvement opportunities in cash management and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Cash Management: Strong knowledge of US Treasury processes and/or AR & AP functions.

Communication: Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Analytical Skills: Good understanding of cash management and reconciliation.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting/treasury tools.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

Shift Timings: Regular: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (IST)

During Daylight Saving: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (IST)
