Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Telephone Sales Associate to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Makes outbound and inbound telephone calls for client engagement
  • Coordinates with clients regarding services, queries, and follow-ups
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Assists the sales service team in scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Prepares and manages reports, emails, and official communication
  • Handles customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Back-office activities, including filing, data entry, and management information systems (MIS) reporting
  • Works on Excel, emails, and other tools for client communication and reporting

Requirements:

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in telephone sales, client coordination, or back office
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
