  • Monitor and manage daily cash flows to maintain an optimal capital structure.
  • Forecast short-term and long-term cash positions to inform funding requirements.
  • Analyze investment opportunities to optimize utilization of surplus funds.
  • Negotiate favorable terms for loans, credit facilities, and banking services.
  • Ensure efficient handling of LCs, BGs, forex transactions, and trade finance instruments.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, forex, and credit exposure.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry guidelines.
  • Provide treasury-related data to support statutory and internal audits.
  • Support fundraising, loan structuring, and debt refinancing initiatives.
  • Manage repayment schedules and interest obligations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on capital allocation strategies.
  • Develop and present treasury MIS reports on liquidity, debt, and investments.
