About Our Initiative

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our corporate partnerships initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporates, and foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for establishing and managing strategic corporate partnerships for government-aligned projects in education and development.
  • Negotiate funding support for STEM Learning's government project initiatives with CSR teams and corporate donors.
  • Create and maintain a database of corporate donors, foundations, and multilateral agencies aligned with government programs.
  • Presents tailored CSR proposals for corporate engagement, aligned with government schemes and policies.
  • Engage in regular meetings with government officials, education departments, and district-level authorities to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Monitor CSR portals and government announcements for new funding and collaboration opportunities to leverage for the organization's projects.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with government stakeholders, corporates, and industry bodies across regions.
  • Maintain strong post-engagement relationships with both government and corporate stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Background in B2B sales and managing corporate client relationships is essential.
  • Experience in government liaisoning—interacting with government departments, officials, and aligning projects with government schemes is crucial.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Background in CSR fundraising or experience in the development sector is an advantage.
  • Institutional sales experience, especially related to public-private partnerships, is highly desirable.
