About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales operations from a strategic location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

  5. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets">
  6. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals">
  7. Ensure timely forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking of sales metrics">
  8. Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, and relationship-building initiatives">
  9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings">
  10. Drive customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring high service standards">
  11. Maintain and enhance brand presence across markets through consistent engagement">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
