Key Leadership Role: Procurement Director

This high-profile position demands strategic leadership skills, negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of premium-grade materials and global sourcing. The successful candidate will oversee procurement for high-value, ultra-luxury real estate projects.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing world-class materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings befitting ultra-luxury projects.
  • Identifying and partnering with premium suppliers to meet project design intent and quality benchmarks.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Objectives
  • Negotiating high-value contracts while ensuring optimal cost without compromising quality or exclusivity.
  • Monitoring market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing options to maintain cost competitiveness.
  • Managing vendor relationships to achieve seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, and site execution teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce; MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in procurement and leadership roles within luxury real estate.
  • Proven track record in sourcing premium international materials, finishes, and fixtures.
  • Strong legal and commercial acumen in contract management.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
