Job Description

As a Jewelry Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry. You will be responsible for managing product assortments, driving sales, and ensuring our collections align with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate and manage product assortment based on customer trends, sales data, and market research to ensure brand positioning and customer preferences are met.
  • Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, adjusting product offerings and stock levels to meet customer demands and maximize sales potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with luxury jewelry market trends, leveraging insights to inform merchandising strategies and product development.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to display products in an appealing manner, both in-store and online, maximizing sales potential.
  • Assist in setting competitive pricing strategies and promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury jewelry or fashion industry, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics, including pricing strategies, customer behavior, and trends, is crucial.
  • Familiarity with lab-grown diamonds and sustainable jewelry practices is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances is vital.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position.
