Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance online reputation.
  • Monitor and manage reviews forums and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance measure sentiment and identify trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management.
  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.
Technical & Soft Skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
