Job Title: Public Relations Specialist

 

About the Role:

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading PR campaigns, media outreach, and brand reputation management. This includes developing and implementing PR strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to achieve client goals and brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and key media stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, thought-leadership articles, and crisis communication notes.
  • Secure media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and digital teams to amplify PR campaigns.
  • Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and share-of-voice metrics.
  • Manage events, press conferences, and influencer/partner collaborations.
  • Act as a trusted consultant for clients, advising on reputation management and storytelling.

 

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of PR experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong media network, especially in business, lifestyle, and digital publications.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (press-ready copywriting ability is a must).
  • Experience in managing PR for brands across industries (tech, FMCG, education, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Crisis communication and stakeholder management experience is a plus.
