
Sales Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Sales Systems Integration Specialist.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and integrating CRM/ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing sales system architecture, and acting as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems to enhance data flow and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales system architecture.
- Act as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
- Lead system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role, preferably with a strong background in CRM/ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to regulatory requirements.
