Key Sales Analytics Role

The primary function of this role is to provide insightful sales analysis and develop actionable strategies to drive revenue growth. To achieve this, the successful candidate will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain robust analytical models to monitor sales metrics, track performance indicators, and deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for process enhancements, efficiency gains, and revenue expansion.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure seamless data integration, accessibility, and scalable solutions. Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for data extraction and presentation.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend targeted enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct comprehensive deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely data-driven insights for critical decision-making.

As a successful candidate, you will have advanced expertise in SQL, superior experience with Tableau, and proficiency in Python for data manipulation and transformations. You will also possess experience in sales operations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
