Job Overview:
A successful Branch Manager at our organization will lead and manage overall business with sales & operations for a branch, driving both sales activities and branch profitability. The ideal candidate will be experienced in selling technology solutions, have strong leadership skills, and be able to build long-term customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall business with sales & operations for a branch.
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
- Independently introduce, demonstrate, negotiate, and close high-value technology deals.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business stakeholders.
- Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and promote additional solutions, upgrades, and value-added services.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.
Key Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experience mandatory).
- Strong experience in Key Account Management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.
- Self-driven, result-oriented professionals with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to Business Head & Managing Director.
- Manage a team of 5-7 members.
