Key Role:

  • Lead organization-wide understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities to enhance business outcomes through strategic use.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with functional leaders to understand and solve business challenges using AI & Analytics solutions.
  • Translate business problems into analytical problems and build solutions leveraging AI/ML techniques.
  • Develop an approach to scale AI/ML agenda through various AI/ML solutions.
  • Enable data-driven business strategy through storytelling and presenting insights to top leaders.
  • Build and manage external relationships for innovative approaches and showcasing learnings.
  • Drive AI & Analytics projects end-to-end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous monitoring.
  • Lead a strong team with a culture of solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutions.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaborator with abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and govern project execution.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI / ML / Data Science through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech technologies and applications.
  • Experience with deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.

Measure of Success:

  • Form partnerships with functional leaders and influence decision making through data.
  • Improve operational efficiencies and enable business goals achievement.
