Job Title: Business Intelligence Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data from various sources, creating comprehensive reports, and driving strategic insights related to customer lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics reports using industry-leading tools, focusing on postpaid and prepaid customer segments.
  • Measure campaign performance through key metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze customer behavior patterns, preferences, and demographic data to inform business strategies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably in customer lifecycle management and business intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation using SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, with knowledge of customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
  • Ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs), interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Fluency in Arabic language is an asset but not required.
