Industrial Solutions Consultant

We seek an accomplished Industrial Solutions Consultant with a proven track record in delivering high-impact projects for global clients across various sectors, including Construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Metal, and Mining.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in critical business intelligence, research, and analysis to enable clients to make informed decisions based on actionable data. As a trusted partner to clients and subject matter expert within the team, you will be responsible for understanding strategic choices and problem areas, collaborating with senior team leaders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and senior team leaders to understand strategic choices and problem areas.
  • Collaborate with a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver end-to-end projects with limited supervision from Principal Consultants.
  • Analyze gathered data, create business forecast models to predict future trends, and develop high-quality reports aligned with client requirements.
  • Deliver projects successfully to clients on time, within scope, and budget as a team lead, responsible for initiating, planning, and executing projects through constant tracking, predicting, and mitigating risks.
  • Closely coordinate with subordinate teams and senior management at both the client and GlobalData levels.

Expected Qualities:

  • Be a trusted partner to clients and subject matter expert within the team.
  • Engage with clients, work with leadership teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, execution plans, and gain agreement on key deliverables and timelines.
  • Think innovatively to create long-term perspectives and demonstrate ability to deliver high-quality reports.
  • As a leader, drive projects independently and deliver end-to-end solutions to clients.
  • Develop well-articulated recommendations and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Support sales and BD teams by contributing to project feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and proposal development.

Skill Requirements:

  • Expert Project Management skills to deliver end-to-end projects.
  • Capability to lead a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants.
  • Ability to establish strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
  • Data mining through company filings, presentations, industry statistics, government documents, and interpretation of macro-economic trends.
  • In-depth understanding of Industrial Sectors such as Construction, Energy, Mining, and Automotive with a minimum 8-10 years of experience in delivering Industrial Consulting projects.
