Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Change Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting strategic priorities and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Govern the change risk assessment process for new/changes coming from various sources including new products/automation, regulatory changes, emerging technology/AI/ML, process changes, new migrations etc
  • Deliver risk and control efforts for Wholesale Lending Service
  • Maintain the Process, Risk and Controls strategy and approach for continuous improvement and evolution of controls and risk management.
  • Maintain and manage system of records for risk and control assessment.
  • Coordinate with Information Security Managers, Product Owners, and other risk partners to assess various technology related changes.
  • Implement and oversee application of approved change management framework/standard across Product teams.
  • Lead various special risk and control projects that support WLS functional teams, CB Legal, CB Controls and other key stakeholders in ongoing efforts.
  • Deliver accurate status reports and appropriate risk reporting for monthly reviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in financial services or compensatory experience in Technology/Tech Risk, Product Management and/or Cyber/Information Security.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma/Process improvement methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills capable of driving independent conversations with senior management.
