About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and risk management within the COCE ISPL Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance program for ISPL COCE operations, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Designing and executing quality control processes to improve over control environment.
  • Conducting regular surprise audits and reviews of operational processes to identify potential areas of improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborating with departmental managers and stakeholders to define quality standards, metrics, and performance targets.
  • Analyzing data metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Providing guidance and support to operational teams to ensure consistent application of quality control processes and standards.
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees on quality management principles and practices.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations on quality assurance activities, including findings, recommendations, and performance metrics for management review.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 15 years of experience within the BFSI domain, with a strong understanding of internal controls, operational risk, and audit functions. You should also have good analytical skills and a control mindset, as well as the ability to integrate various information and synthesize them into actionable insights. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with operations staff and senior management.
