Job Title: Operational Risk Management Director

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects to deliver timely results, ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Develop project plans and review existing frameworks, policies, procedures, and risk matrices for operational risk management.
  • Identify changes in the risk profile and assess their impact on risk rating.
  • Meet business requirements and regulatory expectations for assessing key aspects of each area under review.
  • Exercise independence in planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote proactive engagement with client process owners and risk departments.
  • Provide regular project updates and quality reviews.
  • Identify findings that warrant discussions with risk management committees.
  • Present risk dashboards and analytics on key items.

 

Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience in operational risk management, incident management, third-party risks, business continuity planning, loss data, fraud risk, internal controls, SOPs, and policies.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as CA, ACCA, MBA.
  • Project Management and ORM certifications.
  • Experience in GRC tools such as MetricStream, SAP GRC.
  • Deep understanding of global and Indian frameworks, methodologies, and standards on process risk and controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent MS-Excel, Word, and PPT skills.
