This is a high-ownership, execution-first role designed for smart, fast-moving graduates who want to work directly with founders on growth and go-to-market execution.

You will be deeply involved in driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, managing GTM workflows, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
  • Coordinating between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Tracking progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Assisting in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree from a top-tier institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.).
  • 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus).
  • Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows.
