Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing the front office and reception desk, greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, maintaining records, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, be a graduate in any discipline, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Front Office & Reception Management: Manage the reception desk, greet and assist visitors.
- Handle Incoming Calls, Emails, and Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain Visitor Records and Front-Office Administration: Maintain visitor records and front-office administration.
- Promoter's Calendar and Travel Coordination: Manage the Promoter's calendar, schedule meetings, set reminders, arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Travel Visa Coordination: Handle visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.
- Promoter's Home Affairs Coordination: Assist in managing personal household staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Administration: Provide support in office administration tasks such as filing, record keeping, and coordination with vendors. Assist in procurement and expense tracking.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
