Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a dynamic team and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Manage calendars, diaries, and schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
- Assist with expense reimbursements and vendor invoice payments
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Develop and implement organizational systems to improve efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in office administration or a related field
