Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs) and providing them with training and support to effectively use our digital platform and mobile app.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the primary market products, including mutual funds, NFOs, IPOs, bonds, and corporate fixed deposits. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and onboarding new IFDs through various channels.
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to IFDs on our digital platform and mobile app.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing sales performance and developing strategies to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of investment products through IFDs, IFAs, and franchisee channels.
  • Strong understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, and indirect channel operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain knowledge of investments, including equity, stocks, shares, mutual funds, PMS, stock broking, and corporate FDs.
  • Experience in recruiting and handling IFDs, IFA, and franchisees.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analysis.
