We are seeking a proactive business development professional to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve strategic objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality as per agreed targets.

Client Relationships:

  • Acquire new client relationships by understanding customer financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Manage existing client relationships by identifying needs, advising, structuring deals, and closing transactions.
  • Assess banking needs and risks for clients to optimize the risk-reward balance.

Product Advocacy:

  • Develop and implement brand communication initiatives for designated products.
  • Communicate product positioning messages that differentiate our offerings in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in revenue generation and achieving financial targets.
  • Expertise in acquiring and managing client relationships within the medium enterprise segment.
  • The ability to understand customer financial needs and provide bespoke solutions.
  • Strong skills in advising, structuring, and closing deals.
  • Experience in developing brand communication initiatives and product positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
