Job Title: Strategic Sales Leader
Key Responsibilities:- Create business strategies for supplier product groups and associated services to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TechData and partners to enhance their selling capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop market communication plans that align with brand objectives.
- Leverage data insights to inform marketing program development and optimize results.
- Prioritize inventory management to minimize obsolescence and maximize turns.
- Implement business strategies that meet or exceed supplier revenue targets and achieve planned profit outcomes.
- Achieve revenue goals by brand and market segment.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers, including discount structures, rebates, and special price clearances.
- Develop sales competencies in partners through coaching and hands-on involvement.
- Support Account Management teams in delivering technical presentations and providing pre-sales support.
- Drive and review opportunity pipelines with each partner.
- Evaluate partner sales and technical capabilities, arranging training as needed.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate supplier-led sales and technical training initiatives.
- Maintain high levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
- Manage accurate product pipelines.
- Pursue and maintain sales certifications.
- Collaborate with Sales Support for timely order processing.
- Forecasting and planning with suppliers.
- Generate reports for commercial decision-making.
Candidate must have experience on NetApp.
