
Strategic Sales Leader

About This Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to lead our channel sales operations. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategies, managing partner relationships, and driving sales growth through a robust network of Channel Partners.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and tailor channel initiatives to maximize reach and revenue.
- Mentor and guide the CP sales team to achieve targets, enhance productivity, and ensure an excellent partner experience.
- Set clear KPIs, track team productivity, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Facilitate regular training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Oversee sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure accurate tracking of targets and progress.
- Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate or construction industries.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful channel sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
