Service Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing maintenance systems and records. You will also conceptualize methods for reducing callbacks and monitor their effectiveness. Additionally, you will develop and improve rapport between customers and the company, and create safety awareness among employees. Other responsibilities include generating monthly management reports on service activities and ensuring the implementation of safety at all levels.
Team Management:
You will be responsible for managing the Service and Service Sales team of the area and addressing people matters. Employee recognition and appreciation will also be a key part of your role.
Customer Management:
You will be responsible for customer interface and management, including regular meetings with customers to understand their issues and maintain healthy customer relationships.
