Key Result Areas

Business Target Achievement: Meet business objectives as outlined in the goal sheet through team efforts. Engage, lead, and inspire the team actively towards achieving sales goals. Recruitment and Team Building: Recruit and onboard team members to enhance the sales force. Train and mentor new team members to improve their performance. Field Work and Prospecting: Conduct joint fieldwork (JFW) with team members to stimulate business growth.
