Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients within the branch catchment area and build strong relationships to generate revenue through cross-selling of various banking products.
• Sourcing high-quality salary accounts from corporates and facilitating the activation of opened accounts, UPI linkage, and increasing wallet share of banking products, including insurance, mortgages, unit-linked savings, and mutual funds.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area to leverage existing relationships and expand the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build strong relationships and leverage existing relationships from SMEs to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct low-cost micro-marketing activities around the catchment area to generate leads and drive business growth.
