Key Responsibilities:

As a CRM Client Relationship professional at RECEX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. This includes managing and analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights, creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns and promotions, and overseeing customer feedback and resolving issues to improve satisfaction.
