Banking Relationship Manager

As a key member of DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will play a vital role in acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships within the branch catchment area. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue through cross-selling various banking products, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Acquiring new Current and Savings accounts from the branch catchment area
  • Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
  • Activating accounts, UPI linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance, and increasing wallet share of our banking products, including insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, and MF
  • Participating in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SMEs
  • Conducting low-cost micro-marketing activities around the catchment areas for lead generations

Required qualifications include 1-2 years of relevant experience and a degree in any discipline, with additional qualifications in Banking/Finance/Law or MBA being advantageous.


Core competencies include sales and networking skills, good communication and listening skills, goal/target orientation, and IRDA and AMFI certification.


Technical competencies include banking knowledge, computer skills, and digital knowledge.
