Recruitment Lead

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer roll-out & onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focused hiring for sales and advisor roles across wealth and equity markets.
  • Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design effective hiring plans.
  • Source candidates via job portals, recruiting agencies, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
  • Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
  • Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
  • Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA or graduate with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in sales hiring, wealth hiring, or broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
  • Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring.
  • Language proficiency: English, Kannada (compulsory), Hindi (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in recruiter software, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
