Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Your responsibilities will include implementing opening and closing procedures, managing staff scheduling, and ensuring that store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining product levels.
  • Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve peak performance and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
