Job Title: Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our studio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, managerial, and operational skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Studio Operations: Oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement in client service, team deliverables, sales/marketing, studio appearance upkeep, and financial control.
  • Client Experience: Demonstrate and foster a commitment to providing the best possible client experience by maintaining high company standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client-related issues in accordance with company operating guidelines.
  • Revenue Growth: Maximize revenues and achieve monthly targets through effective management and strategic initiatives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive sales activities and meet revenue objectives.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members in technical, administrative, and managerial skills.
  • Motivation and Direction: Motivate, mentor, and provide direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Training and Communication: Conduct regular training sessions and ensure team members are well-informed about policies and procedures.
  • Meetings and Updates: Hold regular meetings to communicate company updates, policy reviews, and goals to the team.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage studio operations as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.
  • Profit and Loss: Responsible for the Profit and Loss (PL) performance of the studio.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service delivery.
  • Quality Standards: Conduct regular inspections across all sections to maintain quality standards.
  • Motivational Environment: Develop and maintain a motivational work environment within the department.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure team members are knowledgeable about products and services offered.
