Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute robust sales strategies that align with NxtWave's ambitious growth plans.
  2. Revenue Leadership: Spearhead the sales team to consistently meet and surpass revenue goals.
  3. Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior.
  4. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Design and implement innovative customer acquisition and retention strategies.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role within the edtech or a related industry, is required.
