Growth Manager

Growth Managers oversee growth strategies for businesses, scaling revenue and user engagement. This role involves identifying opportunities to boost free-to-paid conversion rates, collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions, and analyzing data to optimize results.

This Growth Manager will work closely with the Data Analyst to monitor funnel health and make data-driven decisions. They will also partner with tech and design teams to ship referral programs, shareable content, and gifting flows that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies: Identify opportunities to scale revenue and user engagement through data analysis and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Data Analysts, Tech, and Design teams to develop and implement growth initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on performance: Monitor funnel health and provide insights to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Data analysis and A/B testing skills: Proven experience with tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Appsflyer, and WebEngage.
  • Subscription platform expertise: Hands-on experience with subscription platforms and in-app purchase mechanics.
  • Experimentation and iteration: Track record of shipping growth experiments fast in collaboration with tech and design.
