Job Title: Regional Performance Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to enhance operational efficiency and reach within designated zones.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Oversee daily operations of educational centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency across all centers.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals within the region.
  • Design and execute regional marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
  • Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development.
  • Monitor and manage regional budgets effectively.
  • Analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and implement cost-saving initiatives where necessary.
  • Track center-wise performance metrics and allocate resources for optimal utilization.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across regions.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to improve overall service quality and student outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management.
  • Act as a communication bridge between corporate offices and regional teams.
  • Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the region.
