Job Title: Regional Performance Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans to enhance operational efficiency and reach within designated zones.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Oversee daily operations of educational centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency across all centers.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals within the region.
- Design and execute regional marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
- Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous professional development.
- Monitor and manage regional budgets effectively.
- Analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and implement cost-saving initiatives where necessary.
- Track center-wise performance metrics and allocate resources for optimal utilization.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across regions.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to improve overall service quality and student outcomes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management.
- Act as a communication bridge between corporate offices and regional teams.
- Represent the company at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the region.
