Job Title: India Ocean and Air Product Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our ocean and air product vertical in India. As the director of this critical P&L, you will be responsible for building and scaling our operations from the ground up.

You will take ownership of shaping our procurement strategy, pricing, carrier partnerships, and commercial operations to drive growth in the region.

About You:
  • You have 15+ years of prior ocean freight experience at a top freight forwarder or carrier, or 15+ years of supply chain experience with a BA/BS degree.
  • You possess a bias to action, process, structure, and data, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • You are obsessed with client happiness and driven by a desire to lead, train, and develop up-and-coming talent.
  • You are willing to travel locally, nationally, and internationally, and have the courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it.
