We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing enterprise-grade monitoring solutions, including Dynatrace for distributed applications, microservices, containers, and large-scale ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, manage, and optimize Dynatrace for monitoring distributed applications, microservices, containers, and large enterprise ecosystems.
  • Leverage Dynatrace's capabilities, including Distributed Tracing, PurePath, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Monitoring, to enhance performance visibility.
  • Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools like ITSM (ServiceNow), ticketing systems, and CI/CD pipelines to automate monitoring and alerting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement monitoring best practices, including defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and monitoring-as-code.
  • Utilize cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration tools to monitor containerized applications in dynamic cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Automate monitoring workflows, alerting systems, and performance optimization tasks using scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
  • Troubleshoot application performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies to improve system performance.
