Enterprise Application Support Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to provide technical assistance for enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve application-related incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using various tools and technologies
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues to ensure optimal system performance
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions across supported applications to maintain data integrity and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and QA, to resolve issues, enhance systems, and deploy updates
  • Participate in application upgrades, patching, and release management activities to ensure seamless system transitions
  • Document known issues, troubleshooting steps, SOPs, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve processes
  • Support batch job monitoring and data integrity validations to ensure accurate and reliable data processing
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for incident, request, and change management
Technical Skills Required:
  • Proficient understanding of application architecture and design principles
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management best practices
  • Experience working with Windows and Linux servers, as well as scripting languages and integration methods
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices, including incident, problem, and change management
