Job Title: Application Support Specialist

The project entails providing support for clients' Kondor applications across various sites. It will be a managed services project with the primary goal of maintaining the application's status quo.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the overall health and performance of the application.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop business knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues as a team member.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Kondor FO/Finastra Domain is required.
  • Thorough understanding of the Kondor architecture, including both technical and business aspects.
  • Elaboration of requirements, collaboration with development teams, and working closely with stakeholders are essential responsibilities.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills are necessary.
  • Coordination with external stakeholders, project management, and post-production support are also key responsibilities.
  • Business and technical documentation is mandatory.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description

  • Proficiency in SQL is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Unix is also desirable.
  • Experience with Java is highly beneficial.
