International University Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Study Abroad team as an International University Application Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping students achieve their dream of studying overseas and have a strong grasp of international admissions processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management: Manage the full lifecycle of university applications across multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Student Support: Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable programs/universities, guiding them through documentation, eligibility, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Documentation Assistance: Assist in drafting SOPs, resumes, LORs, and academic materials, uploading verified documents to CRM/university portals with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with international universities and coordinate with internal teams (counseling, visa, finance) for a smooth process, maintaining trackers and providing weekly reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in international admissions, education consulting, or student support.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight timelines.
