Enterprise Monitoring Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Monitoring Professional to join our team. As an expert in monitoring and observability, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing monitoring tools, AI Ops, log aggregation, and application performance monitoring. You should also have strong scripting skills, including Python, Shell scripts, and Java scripts.

In addition to technical expertise, we value excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. This role requires a flexible work schedule, with on-call support provided on a periodic basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monitoring and observability solutions to customers
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of solutions
  • Manage stakeholders across Technology and Business teams
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in monitoring and observability
  • Expertise in Observability tools, AI Ops, Log aggregation, and Application Performance Monitoring
  • Strong scripting skills, including Python, Shell scripts, and Java scripts
  • DevOps skills, including Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Open Telemetry, AWS, and Kubernetes (desired)
