**Job Description - Enterprise Monitoring & Observability**

**Role Overview**:

- Deliver end-to-end **Monitoring and Observability solutions** aligned with customer requirements.
- Act as a **trusted technical advisor** for customers and internal teams.
- Ensure **timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery** of solutions.
- Collaborate with **Technology and Business stakeholders** for successful implementations.
- Design and implement solutions that meet **functional, non-functional, and support requirements**, adhering to strategic global technology standards.

**Key Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Monitoring & Observability**:_
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale **Observability tools**, **AI Ops**, and **Log Aggregation** tools like **ELK Stack**.
- Knowledge of **Application Performance Monitoring (APM)** tools such as **New Relic**.
- Experience with **OpenTelemetry**, **AWS**, and **Kubernetes** (preferred).
- **Infrastructure & DevOps**:_
- Strong skills in **Infrastructure and Application Monitoring**.
- Exposure to **Infrastructure as Code** tools like **Terraform**.
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and working in **Agile/SCRUM models**.

**Scripting & Automation**:

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or JavaScript.
- Capability to automate monitoring and infrastructure processes.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent **communication** and **stakeholder management** skills.
- Strong **analytical** and **troubleshooting** abilities.

**Additional Expectations**:

- Willingness to provide **on-call support** periodically.
- Open to **UK shift timings** and **support during weekends or after business hours** as needed.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per month
