**Greetings **

We are looking for experienced **Network Engineer** with strong expertise in **Routing, Switching, and Cisco Meraki Wireless** solutions. The role involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade networks ( CISCO product) with a focus on performance, security, Vendor Management, and high availability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including **routers, switches, and Meraki wireless access points**.
- Design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements for performance, scalability, and security.
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity issues.
- Manage **LAN/WAN/VLAN** configurations and ensure optimal routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.).
- Maintain and optimize the **Cisco Meraki Dashboard** for wireless management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, ACLs, and VPNs.
- Provide L2/L3 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and business initiatives.
- Create and maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven hands-on experience with **network routing and switching** technologies (Cisco).
- Strong experience with **Cisco Meraki wireless solutions** (Access Points, Switches, Security Appliances).
- Solid understanding of **routing protocols** (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and Layer 2 technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel).
- Knowledge of **network security** best practices (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs).
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, CISCO 100 Eye).
- Familiarity with QoS, multicast, and high availability protocols (HSRP, VRRP).
- Good understanding of IPv4/IPv6 addressing and subnetting.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- ** Cisco CCNA / CCNP** certification (or equivalent knowledge level).
- Experience with **SD-WAN** and cloud-managed networking.
- Exposure to **VoIP** and network convergence solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
