We are seeking a skilled Application Performance Monitoring Engineer to take charge of implementing and managing Dynatrace for enterprise-grade monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of distributed applications, microservices, containers, and large-scale ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include leveraging Dynatrace's capabilities, such as Distributed Tracing, PurePath, Real User Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Monitoring, to enhance performance visibility. Integration with third-party tools like ITSM, ticketing systems, and CI/CD pipelines will also be essential in automating monitoring and alerting processes.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and managing Dynatrace, cloud-native technologies, and scripting/automation tools. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement monitoring best practices, including defining Service Level Objectives, Service Level Indicators, and monitoring-as-code.

The ideal candidate will also utilize cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration tools to monitor containerized applications in dynamic cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Additionally, they will automate monitoring workflows, alerting systems, and performance optimization tasks using scripting languages such as Python and Bash.

Troubleshooting application performance issues, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending optimization strategies to improve system performance will also be key responsibilities. A passion for application performance monitoring and working in complex, distributed environments is required.
