Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced App Monitoring Expert to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and configuration of Dynatrace
  • Operational application management
  • Troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis
  • Identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes
  • Setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications
  • Defining and fine-tuning alerts and integrating Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
  • Analyzing and optimizing application code with respect to error handling and alerting
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in app monitoring
  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration
  • Experience in operational application management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Project management light skills
  • Sense of accuracy
